Confidentiality
All information disclosed by any of our patients in the course of Health Declaration giving, consultation and treatment is confidential. No part of the information obtained will be disclosed to any third party, including relatives, without the patient's permission. We are responsible for the security of information given by our patients, whether it is written on record cards or held on computer. All members of our Dental and Medical Teams are aware of the duty of strict confidentiality and seek to ensure it at all times.

Sterilization
Issues of sterilization are a very important segment of the dental care that we provide, as they involve the health and safety of our patients and staffs. We believe that the cornerstone of any infection control program lies with the people who implement the procedures. Our dental assistants are fully trained in the most up to date procedures. We are continuously updating our knowledge through professional education courses and seminars. All of the instrumentation that is placed in a patient's mouth is either disposable (used only once) or sterilized. The re-usable items are scrubbed with a disinfectant liquid, and then placed in an ultrasonic cleaner. Finally, these washed instruments are then sterilized in the autoclave machine which uses high-temperature heat, chemicals, and pressure to maximally kill all the micro-organisms present. All instruments and hand pieces are included in these procedures.

Cancellations
We understand you may not always be able to keep your appointment therefore, as a courtesy to others, we would be grateful if you could inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This arrangement will help in maintaining a more caring and effective services for others who may are in need for this time to receive urgent treatments.
